Applebys Have is situated in an idyllic setting, bordered by Christianshavn canal, the green embankment, and Copenhagen harbour, and is one of Christianshavn’s most peaceful residential areas.

Applebys Have consists of 33 attractive condominiums with 4-6 rooms. All apartments have balconies, allowing residents to enjoy the historic surroundings and the proximity to the intimate and pleasant canal setting.

CSK supplied balconies, French balcony railing, roof railing, ground railing and privacy panels for rooftop terraces.

Technical characteristics

·    Balconies employ cantilever support with no angled struts, and rainwater is drained evenly across the front beam.

·    Floors are made of fire-approved sandwich panels, finished with Wimex Nordic Deck composite boards.

 

·    The railing has vertical bars and is attached to the outside of the balcony beam.
