The new energy-friendly head office for Novo Nordisk greatly challenged and pushed the boundaries of modern construction with its many complex structures.
The magnificent building on Novo Allé in Bagsværd was designed by Henning Larsen Architects, with MT Højgaard A/S as the turnkey contractor. CSK was involved from the outset, contributing experience, know-how and expertise in relation to design, production and installation.
The architects drew inspiration from a helical insulin molecule in the design of the building. This meant that the iconic internal staircases had to be designed individually.
In this area, as well as in other parts of the building, it was of great benefit to the final result and the budget that we designed in 3D, thereby creating a solid foundation for the joint coordination and execution.
