Strandgården

At Amager Strandpark, with views of Øresund, ELF Development has built 56 attractive condominiums on seven floors. The building has a beach front and is on a 9,400 square metre plot.

To ensure unrestricted views from the 56 apartments in Strandgården, they have been built 5 metres above street level. All apartments have at least one large balcony with a view, which opens out in a stylish fan shape. The architects have thereby also avoided the balconies interfering with each other’s views.

CSK supplied balconies, French balcony railing, roof railing and ground railing.

Technical characteristics

The balconies are designed so that rainwater is drained evenly across the front beam.

·    Floors are made of 2 mm galvanised sheet steel, finished with Wimex Cosmo Deck composite boards.

·    The railing is made of glass clamped in a U-shaped rail on top of the balcony beam, with angled handrails.
