PFA Ejendomme has built 145 apartments in seven apartment blocks at Frederikskaj 2 in Copenhagen’s Sydhavn. The apartments have direct access to the water via a wooden wharf and marina.
Each home at Frederikskaj 2 has at least one private outdoor area, from which residents can enjoy the water views under an open sky.
The apartments above ground level have one or two large balconies that offer unimpeded views of the harbour and wharf activities, and have been optimally positioned in relation to the sun. The balconies offer ample room for garden furniture, a barbecue and pot plants, etc.
Technical characteristics
· The balconies are designed so that rainwater is drained evenly across the front beam.
· Floors are made of 2 mm galvanised and painted sheet steel, finished with Guariuba FSC certified hardwood.
· Railings are made of partially perforated coloured aluminium panels.
