The ‘Udsigtsparken’ residential building at plot 7 of the Irma site in Rødovre consists of 46 exclusive apartments in four or six floors, with a modern, architectural expression.

Udsigtsparken is characterised by thought-out solutions and a focus on the details. This is reflected, for example, in the stunning natural lighting, from east to west or north to south.

To give residents optimum conditions in which to enjoy the sun, fresh air and green surroundings, all apartments have been equipped with large, deep balconies from CSK. These offer ample space to set up a functional outdoor area, with garden furniture, a barbecue, pot plants, etc.

CSK supplied balconies, oriel windows, French balcony railing, roof railing and ground railing.

Technical characteristics

·    The balconies are designed so that rainwater is drained evenly across the front beam.

·    Floors are made of fire-approved sandwich panels, finished with Wimex Nordic Deck Shield black composite boards.

 

·    The railing is made of a combination of glass and painted sheet metal panels, with a mahogany handrail.
