Bjerglandsbyen is 114 modern rental homes, erected as two rings at offset levels around the highest point in Brønshøj, where a water tower previously used to stand on Bellahøjen.
The project consists of 31 two-storey terrace houses and 83 apartments up to 133 m2 in size, in a multi-storey building. The apartments are all equipped with a balcony, supplied by CSK as a turnkey solution.
Technical characteristics
· The balconies are designed so that rainwater is drained evenly across the front beam.
· Floors are made of fire-approved sandwich panels, finished with Wimex Cosmo Deck composite boards.
· The railing is made of glass clamped in a rail, black etched glass at the sides and transparent glass in the front, with a brushed aluminium handrail.
