XXL central warehouse

CSK supplied all the steel work when the Swedish XXL sports chain received a large new central warehouse in Örebro. The project developer was Swedish Bulk Eiendom, which builds and leases warehouses.

At CSK, we are used to working quickly and efficiently. This is one of the reasons we are a preferred steelwork partner for the main contractor on this project, Logistic Contractor.

Speed and efficiency were also crucial during the construction of the XXL central warehouse. The construction project had a very tight schedule, with all steel structures for the 20,000-square-metre building being installed in just 14 days.

A total of 507 tonnes of steel were used, and CSK supplied and installed all load-bearing steel structures with columns and trusses.

One of the reasons why we were able to deliver the project in such a short time is that we have production in Thorsted, Thisted and Latvia. We are also effective during the planning, design and approval phase, so that production can commence soon after the order is placed.
