ELF Development has built four discreet buildings containing 73 apartments on the old Irma site in Rødovre. The building is located close to the city and to nature, and has been named ‘Mokkahusene’.

There is an emphasis on sustainable everyday luxury throughout the whole area. For example, in all apartments, residents can enjoy the outdoor delights on balconies or large terraces or in private gardens.

CSK supplied balconies, French balcony railing and roof railing.

 

Technical characteristics

·    The balconies are designed so that rainwater is drained evenly across the front beam.

·    Floors are made of fire-approved sandwich panels, finished with Cumaru hardwood.

·    The railing is made of glass clamped in a U-shaped rail on top of the balcony beam, with angled handrails.
